Studio Daedre stands behind our products.

If your order arrives to you in a damaged box and the product is damaged, we will assist you in working with the delivery company ( ie. UPS, Fedex ).

Contact us for a return authorization number if you are dissatisfied with your order.

Return the item to Studio Daedre protected in the sleeve, bubble and peanut protective packing materials it was shipped in. We need to receive it in a resellable condition without any damage. Once we receive it we will refund the amount of the item plus any appropriate tax or replace the product for you.
